EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REGRET POLICY

Return due to Regret/Withdrawal If, upon receiving the product, you decide to return it due to regret, you must do so within seven (7) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt. IMPORTANT: Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted. Before returning your product, please check that it meets the rules detailed in the RETURN POLICY. Observing the following conditions: The product must not have signs of use. The product must be sent in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, labels, tags (label with product reference code) duly attached to the product and all its accessories. When carrying out the return process, the customer must, on the back of the invoice to be returned, inform the reason for the refusal/return, the name of the person who is returning it, CPF and the date of return. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 calendar days of receipt. We will perform the analysis of the problem item. Step by step procedure: Access your VITOR ZERNINATO account through the “Login/Register” field and login with your e-mail and password; Click on your name located at the top of the screen and choose the “My Account” option. Next, you will see the option “My Orders and Returns”, choose the product you want to return and click on “Return this item”; Up to 48 business hours after your return request, you will be contacted by Customer Service to inform the postage code for sending the returned product(s) or scheduling the collection of the product free of charge, if available. If it is possible to collect the product, two attempts will be made within the two business days following your request. If the product is not available for collection at the time of collection, it will be canceled and shipment will only be possible through the postage authorization code. By contacting the Customer Support Service, you will be able to choose the method of refunding the amount paid for the goods, which may be in credits for a new purchase on the site or in the same payment method chosen in the purchase process. That is, if it was paid by credit card, the reversal will be made according to the closing date of your invoice, which may be in the month of your request or in the following month. If it was paid through online debit or bank slip, the amount will be credited to the current account you indicate; Shipping costs will not be refunded;
